About Ordering Our Sails
1. Are Your Sails In Stock?
Each and every sail we sell is built to order and considered custom. Production time is usually three weeks. As a result, you get the sail you want and quickly.
2. What If My Boat Is Not Listed On Your Website?
The sails available on our website are for production boats that were manufactured in large numbers. If your yacht is not listed, simply request a quote from our Sail Quote page and we will be more than happy to provide pricing.

4. Where Are Your Sails Built?
Peak Sails is an independent partner of one of the largest production lofts in the world. Sales, design and management are based in the United States while production is based at our 36,000 s.f. facility located in Hong Kong SAR. Sailcloth, hardware and other materials are either made or sourced from U.S. manufacturers and/or suppliers.
About Shipping Your New Sails
1. How Long Will It Take To Receive My Sail?
Your new sail will ship directly from our loft. Transit time is based solely on where the sail is being delivered to. Three to five business days is normal for most locations world-wide. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once the sail has been tendered to Fedex.
2. How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated on parcel size, weight and destination. Rates range from $21.95 on sails for boats under 21' to $89.95 for yachts greater than 40'.
3. Which Countries Do You Ship To?
Our sails are shipped world-wide each and every week of the year.
4. What Is Included In The Cost Of Shipping?
Our quoted rate includes the actual cost to ship your sail as well as insurance to cover any potential damage or loss. We do not collect and/or remit taxes or other fees of any kind.
About Our Sail Warranty
Our sails carry a three-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. In the event your sail requires service, we will work with you and an approved loft in your area to resolve the
problem quickly. Please note that improper sail care and/or extreme use are not covered under our warranty.
About Our Cancellations & Disputes Policies
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 72 hours of purchase. Any cancellation request must be made by telephone. If your order is over 72 hours old and still in engineering & design, you may still cancel. However, there will be a $100.00 fee for doing so. Any order that has exited design and placed into production cannot be cancelled for any reason.
Jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding over purchases from Peak Sails NA product(s) shall be in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Peak Sails will never share, trade or sell your personal information to anyone for any purpose at anytime.
